Q: What do you do?
A: Programs, booklets, gift tags, thank you cards, thank you tags, brand/logo tags, menus, etc. (this list is not exhaustive, but will hopefully give you an idea of what we have done for previous clients. Have an idea that’s not on the list? Email us!)
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Because all our products are hand-made, production times vary. We will give an estimated turnaround time in response to your inquiry. Typically we need at least 30 days to complete an order.
Q: Can I see a proof before printing?
A: Yes, we will send you a pdf of your mockup for your approval prior to printing.
Q: What if I don’t like my mock-up?
A: We pride ourselves in providing an excellent product that matches our customers’ needs. If you are unhappy with the initial mock-up we will work with you until you are satisfied. That’s a promise!
Q: What is your pricing?
A: Each product is custom designed therefore prices vary. Within one week of your inquiry we can provide an estimate of the cost.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We will send a customized invoice via Paypal. You can use their service to pay by credit card.
Q: What is the payment structure?
A: Once an order is made, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to shipment date. There is a 6% sale tax that will be added. There is a surcharge of $50 for each rush order (due in less than a month) that is accepted.
Note: Though we would love to fill every Dulcetta order that comes through, because all our products are handmade, any order placed within a month of the event is subject to availability.
